  13. Oolong tea is derived from the same plant as green tea but it is processed differently. I think it tastes better and it is supposed to have slightly better weight loss benefits. I’m curious if this is the only thing you did to lose weight, or were you working out and dieting as well?

  17. Cheap or expensive, doesn’t matter. If it says Green Tea on the box it will adjust the pH in your body. The objective is to make your body more alkaline – When you do, your body burns fat more efficiently.

  19. There are tons of brands and flavors, true. Anything that says green tea is what you’re looking for. You don’t want black, herbal, white, etc. If the box says “Green tea” you’re good. Good luck!

  24. Needs to be green tea. It’s a naturally occurring chemical thing. There are TONS of great flavors and it’s cheap. Can be either hot or cold, though. Another way to get similar results is squeeze fresh lemon wedges in water and drink a lot of water (8-10 glasses a day). I use a lemon a day and cut it into 8 wedges.
